INGREDIENTS 

–Milk – Dried active yeast – Sugar – Butter, softened – Egg – All-purpose flour – Salt

STEP 1

Combine milk, sugar, & yeast in a large bowl Let this mixture rest for 10 mins till bubbly

STEP 2

Add in the butter & egg Mix well

STEP 3

Stir in the flour & salt Mix well

STEP 4

Turn the  mixture out on a floured surface & knead the dough for  8-10 mins, until smooth & elastic!

STEP 5

Let it rest for 1-1.5 hours, or until the dough doubles in size

STEP 6

Roll the dough to 1/2" thickness & using a cookie cutter, cut out into circles

STEP 7

fold one half over the other & rest for 10 mins till puffy

BAKE!

Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden. Remove from oven & brush with additional butter
