Ingredients

Coconut Milk
1

Dark chocolate
You can also use dairy-free dark chocolate

Cinnamon powder

Cocoa powder and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
Heat the coconut milk on low heat in a medium-sized saucepan. Once the milk comes to a simmer, add the chocolate. Turn off the heat.
Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and shiny. Stir in the cinnamon powder.
Pour into 4-5 small cups and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until completely set.
Dust with cocoa powder and chocolate shavings. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Make sure your ingredients are at room temperature.
The 2-ingredient chocolate pudding needs
time to set
. Give it 1-2 hours in the refrigerator for the best consistency.
While this easy chocolate pudding is delicious served cold, I prefer to let it sit out of the fridge for 15-20 minutes before serving.
