Blend the mangoes, yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender until completely smooth. Taste and adjust for sweetness. Chill the mixture thoroughly (I recommend overnight).
Then churn in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
When the mixture is semi-frozen (after about 20 minutes), add the cherries. Continue churning for 5 minutes.
Once the frozen yogurt is ready, you can serve it immediately or transfer it to a freezer-friendly pan. Freeze it for 6- 8 hours to get a slightly harder/ scoopable consistency. Scoop into bowls/ cones, serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes
If you use frozen mangoes and your blender is having a hard time, add about 1 tbsp of milk to help the mixture along.
It will take about 20 -25 minutes for a soft-serve mango cherry frozen yogurt to be ready. Perfect for a quick treat without waiting hours!
But if you prefer a slightly harder consistency that you can scoop like ice cream in a bowl or cone, freeze the yogurt after step 3.
The amount of time to make the mango frozen yogurt can vary depending on your ice cream maker.
Let it sit before scooping. If you freeze the cherry frozen yogurt with mango overnight, take it out 10–15 minutes before scooping. It softens just enough and becomes super easy to serve.
