If you can't get fresh fruits, use frozen ones. Frozen fruits will also make your smoothie super thick and creamy!
If you don't want to use cashews, feel free to leave them out.
I like to add cooked beets to my smoothies for easier digestion. You can use raw beets too, if you like.
We don't need to soak cashews for this recipe, but a quick soak in warm water for 5 minutes will soften them for easier blending.
I have not used any sweetener in this recipe. If you prefer the smoothie to be sweeter, please use any sweetener of your choice.
