Combine oats and dates in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat with 1/2 cup water and milk for 3-4 minutes.Stir in the salt and cinnamon.
In another pan, heat the remaining 1 cup milk until it's boiling and foamy.
Whisk in 3/4 of the hot milk. Save the foam for later.Cook till your oatmeal is creamy. This would take just 4-5 minutes.
Divide the oatmeal equally between 2 mugs or bowls. Pour the coffee on top of both the mugs of oatmeal and then some of the frothy milk. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and serve immediately.Enjoy warm!
