Plain Greek yogurt
You can use hung yogurt too

Chia seeds

Fresh strawberry puree
You can keep the puree a bit chunky if you prefer

Maple syrup / Honey

Rose water
Toppings
Strawberries, chopped into small pieces
Chopped Pistachio, Popped amaranth, Pumpkin seeds for topping
Dried rose petals
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
Stir in the strawberry puree, rose water, and maple syrup the next morning. Stir well. Taste and adjust for sweetness and rose flavor.
Spoon into your serving glasses, and top with some strawberries, chopped pistachios, and dried rose petals. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Keep the strawberry purée chunky or smooth. It’s your choice.
Dried rose petals simply give the easy chia pudding a
charm.
Keep the strawberry rose chia pudding recipe refrigerated till you’re ready to serve.
Stir in milk or more yogurt if the chia pudding's consistency is too thick for you.
