Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth and well blended. Taste and adjust for sweetness and consistency that you prefer. Enjoy!

I have not used any sweetener in this recipe. If you prefer the smoothie to be sweeter, please use any sweetener.
You can easily swap the cashew milk for yogurt or any other milk, in this pineapple strawberry smoothie.
Serve the strawberry smoothie immediately as the chia seeds will make the smoothie thicker, the longer it sits.
If fresh fruits are not available, you can easily use frozen fruits to make this smoothie
Feel free to leave out chia seeds, or add any other seeds you prefer.
You can prep the fruits the night before and just add the milk and blend in the morning! You can also pack the sliced fruits and ginger in ziplock bags and freeze them.
