The party season is in full swing! From casual get-togethers to fancy card parties…there are sparkly lights everywhere along with a barrage of food and drinks! And adding to your repertoire of snacks and even edible gifts, I have for you these crunchy Honey Sesame Almonds!
As incredibly addictive as they are, these little nibbles are ridiculously easy to make. Four ingredients are all they take..three of which are already in the title! A little bit of coconut oil gives a dreamy glaze and helps the almonds roast better ( I think!).
I love making my own nut mixes as its easy to adapt them to your tastes and preferences. Like in this recipe, I kept the almonds mildly sweetened with just a touch of sea salt. There are no nasty ingredients here. You control the amount of sugar and sodium you want and the result is always so so delicious! With minimum effort!
Healthy snacking, whether for home or for entertaining, doesn’t have to be boring and tasteless. Give these Honey Sesame Almonds a try and you’ll know what I mean. Crunchy, nourishing, sweet with a touch of savory from the sesame seeds. These are truly dangerously addictive!

Honey Sesame Almonds
- 300 gms Almonds
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1.5 tsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- a pinch Sea salt
- Preheat your oven to 170C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the almonds, sesame seeds and salt in a bowl.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat honey and coconut oil. Pour over the almond mixture. Mix well and spread evenly on the prepared tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring them around a couple times. Let the almonds cool completely. Store in an airtight jar. Enjoy!
