Summer brings a constant need for refreshing pick me ups – the less prep time, the better. In my house, popsicles are always the way to go! Keeping it as simple and healthy as possible, here are 10 of my go-to Easy Popsicle Recipes.
In this post, we’ll cover all kinds of popsicles from fruity, creamy, sweet, healthy to nutty. I love to play around with seasonal fruits with these frozen treats, as it allows you to keep the added sugar content minimal and make the most of natural sweetness! Plus, fresh fruits have the best kick.
Each of these recipes follows a simple pattern – mix and freeze. A few call for a blender to do the mixing, for others you just need a bowl and spoon. Then, freeze in your popsicle moulds, pop them out and enjoy!
Absolutely! There are lots of options for a makeshift popsicle mould. Drinking glasses, shot glasses, mason jars, muffin tins. All you need to do is pour the mixture into the makeshift mould and place the popsicle stick in. Freeze and enjoy! If the stick is giving you trouble staying upright, you can cover the top of the glass/jar with foil and pierce the stick through that. You can also forgo the stick and just eat the frozen treat with a spoon.
In case you want to invest in a popsicle mould, you can easily find it online! I bought mine from Amazon years ago and it has served me very well.
